Hello, I am Teresa Waite. I qualified as a Personal Trainer with YMCAfit in 2012. Since then, I have helped hundreds of people get fit and feel strong. Whatever your starting point, investing in your health adds years to your life.
My encouraging approach will put you at ease. I am experienced with all ages from teens to older adults, with pre- and post-natal, and with medical referrals, particularly cancer survivors. Whether you are struggling to lose fat, gain muscle or just move better, I listen to your needs and turn your good intentions into great results.

Outdoor Exercise Classes for Older Adults
Fitness in the fresh air. Join my friendly and sociable group that meets regularly outdoors in Clapham or via Zoom when the weather is too wet. We meet on Monday and Wednesday mornings for an hour of full-body strength and conditioning.
